The members of the German Club and its Alumni Foundation believe emerging leaders should be encouraged to take an active role in providing volunteer service to student organizations, the university, and the community. In keeping with the German Club tradition of fostering leadership, service, and fellowship, and recognizing the need for additional scholarship funds, the German Club established the Centennial Fund for Tomorrow's Leaders. This fund serves as a scholarship fund used to recognize and encourage outstanding achievements in the areas of leadership and service, through the awarding of the German Club Centennial Leadership Awards.
